一、管線標志樁

1、 Pipeline marker pile

管道沿線設置的標志樁是直觀、有效的向人們傳遞管道保護信息的載體。高壓天然氣管道的標志樁,地上部分高度超1m（如圖1所示），上面包含管線的權屬單位名稱、管道的走向、聯(lián)系電話等信息。標志樁一般在轉(zhuǎn)角位置與較為重要顯眼的部位埋設，沿著標志樁可以掌握大致的管線位置與走向。看到標志樁其所示的地下管線沿線5m范圍是禁止動土開挖的，如有交叉施工或臨近的緊急情況請撥打樁上的聯(lián)系電話。

The marker stakes set up along the pipeline are a visual and effective carrier for conveying pipeline protection information to people. The marker post for high-pressure natural gas pipelines has a height of over 1m above ground (as shown in Figure 1), which includes information such as the name of the pipeline's owner, pipeline direction, and contact phone number. Sign stakes are usually buried at corners and prominent areas, and along the sign stakes, one can roughly grasp the position and direction of the pipeline. It is prohibited to excavate the underground pipeline within a 5m range along the marked pile. 二、通信管線標志樁

2、 Communication pipeline marker post

通信管線標志樁用于指示高壓天然氣管線的通信光纜位置，通信光纜采用硅管，部分非開挖采用PE套管保護，內(nèi)含獨立光纜用于站內(nèi)通信數(shù)據(jù)傳輸與應急響應。通信標志樁約0.5米高，上面包含管線的權屬單位，管線走向以及聯(lián)系電話等。通信光纜對于管線運行意義重大，如果造成以外破壞將對管線運營造成較大影響。

The communication pipeline marker post is used to indicate the position of communication optical cables for high-pressure natural gas pipelines. The communication optical cables are made of silicon pipes, and some non excavation parts are protected by PE sleeves. It contains independent optical cables for communication data transmission and emergency response within the station. The communication marker post is about 0.5 meters high and contains the ownership unit of the pipeline, pipeline direction, and contact phone number. Communication optical cables are of great significance for pipeline operation, and if external damage is caused, it will have a significant impact on pipeline operation.

三、管線警示牌

3、 Pipeline warning signs

管線警示牌為通體黃色，地上高度1.5m左右，主要安置于重要的過河過路環(huán)節(jié)，警示牌上顯示了警示標語【下有天然氣管線，禁止挖掘、打樁、明火，若有施工作業(yè)請事先聯(lián)系】、以紅線描述管線在地下的走線、權屬單位名稱、聯(lián)系電話等。另一種不銹鋼管線警示牌（如圖4所示）為白底紅字，主要放置在管線易出現(xiàn)交叉的部位與路口，警示內(nèi)容包括【嚴禁在天然氣高壓管道沿線兩側(cè)各5米地域范圍內(nèi)開挖、種植深根植物、鉆洞穿越、輾壓、動火、爆破作業(yè)等各類危險行為】、權屬單位名稱、聯(lián)系電話等。

Another type of stainless steel pipeline warning sign (as shown in Figure 4) is a white background with red letters, mainly placed in key areas and intersections where pipeline intersections are prone to occur. The warning content includes: excavation, planting of deep rooted plants, drilling through holes, rolling, hot work, blasting operations, and other dangerous behaviors are strictly prohibited within a range of 5 meters on each side of the natural gas high-pressure pipeline. The name and contact phone number of the ownership unit are also included.

四、管線陰保樁

4、 Pipeline cathodic protection pile

管線陰保樁是埋設在管線附近，對管道進行保護的重要附件。他既可以保護管道的防腐層，也能用于線路的檢測，是天然氣管線的重要附件之一。陰保樁為金屬材質(zhì)，顏色為黃色，樁頂部扁平處有不銹鋼標牌，上面印有相關編號與里程號。樁身上有一扇小門，里面的線纜與管道相連。

He can not only protect the anti-corrosion layer of pipelines, but also be used for line inspection, and is one of the important accessories of natural gas pipelines. The cathodic protection pile is made of metal material and has a yellow color. There is a stainless steel sign on the flat top of the pile, which is printed with the relevant number and mileage number. There is a small door on the pile body, and the cables inside are connected to the pipeline.

五、管線過河指示牌

5、 Pipeline crossing sign

管線大型重要指示牌主要放置在管線穿越重要河流的兩岸，其警示內(nèi)容包括：【禁止在穿越河流的管道兩側(cè)500米地域范圍內(nèi)進行疏浚、修筑碼頭，拋拖錨、挖泥沙、打樁、采石、水下爆破等各類違規(guī)作業(yè)】、聯(lián)系電話、權屬單位名稱等。高壓天然氣管線穿越河流的等級較高，指示牌主要放置在顯眼位置，如有臨近的施工，需要提前進行對接。

The warning content includes: "Dredging, building docks, throwing and dragging anchors, digging mud and sand, piling, quarrying, underwater blasting and other illegal operations are prohibited within a 500 meter area on both sides of the pipeline crossing the river." Contact phone number, name of the owner unit, etc. The safety level of high-pressure natural gas pipelines crossing rivers is relatively high, and signs are mainly placed in prominent positions. If there is nearby construction, it is necessary to connect in advance.

六、管線警示帶

6、 Pipeline warning tape

根據(jù)要求，開挖敷設的高壓天然氣管線需在管線正上方鋪設警示帶警示帶為寬度約0.5m，顏色為警示黃色，警示帶上內(nèi)容包括禁止挖掘的警示標語、管線權屬單位名稱以及聯(lián)系電話。為了保護天然氣管線的，如果現(xiàn)場開挖發(fā)現(xiàn)管線警示帶，需要立刻停止施工并撥打其上方所寫的聯(lián)系電話進行確認，等待人員到場確認后再按要求進行施工。

According to the requirements, a warning tape with a width of about 0.5m and a color of yellow should be laid directly above the high-pressure natural gas pipeline during excavation. The content of the warning tape includes warning slogans prohibiting excavation, the name of the pipeline owner, and the contact phone number. Construction can only be carried out as required after professional personnel arrive to confirm.
